At this stage, successful candidates receive a formal job offer detailing compensation, role expectations, working arrangements, and onboarding timelines. The hiring team aims to provide full clarity on the responsibilities of the marketing position, available resources, performance targets, and potential career pathways. Candidates are encouraged to ask questions so they can make an informed decision with confidence. Once the offer is accepted, the team initiates preparation for onboarding and ensures all documentation is completed smoothly and efficiently.

Hired
The hired stage marks the beginning of the candidate’s journey as part of the marketing team. New hires receive access to all relevant systems, tools, and brand resources, along with an introduction to key stakeholders and cross-functional partners. Early onboarding focuses on familiarising the employee with ongoing campaigns, marketing processes, audience profiles, and the company’s strategic objectives. Support may include training sessions, shadowing opportunities, and regular check-ins with managers to ensure a seamless transition into the role. This stage sets the foundation for impactful contributions, helping new team members feel confident, supported, and ready to participate in meaningful marketing initiatives from day one.
